A $60 billion energy company from the USA was constructing a LNG pipeline through three states. They faced opposition from numerous sectors including environmental organisations, veteran groups, native American tribes and individuals from the general public, resulting in negative news and social media commentary that was potentially threatening to the project’s progress and company’s reputation.
